I proudly launched T-Fashion, a comprehensive digital fashion workspace that revolutionizes the industry with four distinct products:

• Pinterest-like inspiration area supporting both e-commerce-style structured searches and text/image-based thematic/abstract searches through tens of millions of photos from social media and fashion weeks

Tech Lead at Ninja Traders & Ninja Squad (Oct 2021 - Present)

As the Tech Lead of Ninja Traders, one of Turkey's most successful Web3 projects, I've been instrumental in shaping our technological vision and strategy. This exhilarating journey has allowed me to spearhead the development and maintenance of our innovative product suite:

• Developed the high-performance NFT minting website that successfully handled massive user traffic during peak popularity, ensuring a smooth experience for thousands of concurrent users.
• Developed smart contracts for the Ninja Squad NFT collection, which has generated tens of thousands of ETH in volume, including a innovative gas-optimized contract that was first seen at that time.
• Created the multichain $NST token, available on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Solana networks, which has tens of thousands of holders.
• Implemented the tiered access system using $NST tokens and Ninja Squad NFTs, enabling users to unlock various product features.
• Architected the Ninja Terminal, a real-time news aggregator and crypto trading terminal for swift market analysis and trading decisions.
• Contributed to the development of Ninja Tools, our flagship analytics platform with 18 unique features for crypto research and trading.

AI & Large Language Model Advisor (Jul 2023 - Present)

Providing expert advisory for Large Language Models (LLMs), with a focus on developing Turkish language AI capabilities. Collaborating with one of Turkey's leading technology companies to:

• Create and clean extensive Turkish language datasets for LLM training
• Implement pretraining continuation techniques for Turkish language models
• Develop and refine Turkish-specific benchmarks for model evaluation
• Apply Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to enhance model performance
• Design and curate Turkish fine-tuning datasets for specialized applications

Co-Founder at T-Quad (Sep 2018 - Nov 2019)

Co-founded a social startup with the aim of creating a platform to advance AI development in Turkey, particularly in NLP. The platform provided learning resources for new learners and facilitated the creation and contribution of Turkish NLP datasets.
